WP7: Project Management

The objectives of this workpackage are:

• Technical, administrative and financial management.

• Communication with the EU authorities.

• Project (self)-assessment and evaluation.

The Coordinating Partner (UoP) will lead this work package. The project management is divided between:

• the Project Steering Committee (PSC), and

• the Technical Committee (TC).

The PSC has the overall responsibility for the project. It is also responsible for the quality assurance of all project results, and will approve formal deliverables before they are submitted to the EU authorities. Its members are key persons of the project (one key person from each site) and it is chaired by the Project Coordinator who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the project. The TC will focus on the technical aspects of the project. Its members are senior researchers (one researcher from each site) including the Workpackage Leaders of workpackages WP1-6.
