We are looking for a Solutions Engineering Executive to join our team! The successful candidate will be based in Patras and report to Solutions Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Become the technical expert for Xandr fullstack solutions (adserver, SSP, DSP)
- Onboard customer in the platforms and enable them with trainings, advice on platform usage and support to use them for ad-management, campaign creation, media purchase, creatives creation/testing, reporting, optimization etc
- Resolve technical issues
- Liaise with customers for providing support and consulting on our digital advertising products and services
- Work closely with Account managers to ensure unparalleled customer service
Qualifications:
- Fluent English Speaker
- Bachelor's degree in Science - preferably Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, relative specialization in Information Technology
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely
- Proactive, goal-oriented approach and able to understand and prioritize tasks quickly
- Possess the technical attitude and desire to learn the intricacies of TailWind
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus
