The website www.ceid.upatras.gr is an online information system that allows to update content by authenticated and authorized users.

Design and Implementation

The design and implementation of the website was based on simplicity, ease of searching of content by the visitors, more efficient and faster management and updating of content of the website. It supports multilingual content (in English for the time) and provides a custom interface for mobile devices. It integrates the digital services provided by the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department (CEID) of the University of Patras.

Members of CEID may reach the responsible team with questions and comments about the website via the Helpdesk service (https://helpdesk.ceid.upatras.gr). Other visitors may contact the technical support sending an email ( ).

For comments relating to individual websites of courses, laboratories and researching groups, which maintain their own websites, visitors may consult the web pages for contact information.

Project Team

The design and implementation of the website was conducted by the Laboratory for Computing (LabCom) and mainly from the Web Group. The LabCom and the Web Group are responsible for maintenance and management of the Department's web platform and services and for the development of new services. The website is the result of team work and the members of the LabCom involved in the project were:
