- Support customers on the bluetooth & Wifi forum : providing technical responses to customers who post questions online.
- Feedback common issues / requests into the product line as requirements for improvements /additions in documentation and /or SDK / reference design deliverables.
- Provide a fast turnaround to email questions from distributor FAE.
- Debug customers issues in a timely manner : replicating issues and where appropriate coordinating response with the local teams WW.
- Commercially minded with ability to work both autonomously and as key team member.
- Feedback on development of the forum/online support platform.
- Help manage / drive the online community.
What we are looking for
- Embedded MCU software knowledge
- Display interest / self learning & experience on embedded microcontroller or wireless PCMU applications.
- Will have made some own hobby projects / experiments with MCU / wireless MCU.
- Relevant studies & Thesis as it relates to MCU programming (C, C+ etc..)
- Any Bluetooth / WiFi experience an advantage
- Masters/Bachelors from Computer Science / Engineering Course
