Visa & Registration Information

Assistance with Visa to Attend SAND 2024

If you require a formal invitation letter to attend SAND 2024 (e.g. for the purposes of applying for a visitor VISA to travel to Greece), please send an email to the SAND Organizing Committee (sand2024@ceid.upatras.gr), indicating the following:

(1) Full name
(2) Passport ID
(3) Postal Address
(4) Affiliation
(5) Paper Title (in case you have a paper to present)

You should also have completed your registration to SAND (see next section), prior to requesting this invitation letter.

Information about Registration to SAND 2024

The registration process is already open. At least one (either regular or student) separate registration per accepted paper is required. If needed, the same author may register more than once (in case of presenting more than one papers). The pricing policy is the following:

Regular early (until May 3, 2024):	480 euros
Regular late (from May 4, 2024):	600 euros
Student early (until May 3, 2024):	250 euros (proof of enrollment is required)
Student late (from May 4, 2024):	350 euros (proof of enrollment is required)

The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, the social dinner, and the electronic version of the proceedings. Registration and payment form can be found in https://epay.upatras.gr/sand-3rd-edition-2024/.
